Showroom // 07.11.2018
Marble Institute of America is a trade association with a history of more than 70 years in the natural stone industry, aiming to maintain high levels of organizational efficiency by educating consumers and promoting quality services. MIA has approximately 2 000 members all around the world such as: natural stone manufacturers, distributors and installation departments. Starting this year, PIATRAONLINE is a member of Marble Institute of America!
By joining this association, we highlight once again our core principles stated upfront, 8 years ago: providing great customer service for home owners or design/ architecture professionals in every possible scenario: sales assistance with all the facilities recently added in our portfolio and the time invested in every offer (besides an excellent customer service). In addition to the relationships developed every day with our customers, we believe in expertise associated with ethical and fair relationships towards our partners and suppliers. Furthermore, our MIA membership underlines the quality of our products and services: each product we delivered is verified for meeting our high quality standards.
MIA membership represents also an important acknowledgement: throughout the admission proces, MIA strictly analized every detail about PIATRAONLINE: functionality of our equipments, and technical procedures as well as good business practices, technical expertise, the quality control process, customer relation and the relations with our business partners and suppliers and last but not least, employee training policies.
